High Heat Pellet Stoves sells, installs and services pellet stoves. The company says it is based out of Connecticut, serves New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and is an authorized dealer for Harman and Quadra-Fire. A recent customer says Armin installed a Harman Accentra pellet stove, called it not an easy job, and says he was transparent about the work scope and costs. One household had its existing wood stove removed and a pellet stove installed, and a different customer says Armin traveled from CT to NY to install a pellet stove after removing an existing gas fireplace. A recent repair customer calls the cost reasonable and fair. A 2026 customer said they did a thorough cleaning after an air-flow problem and the stove ran better than it ever had. One recent 2-star review says the company was not accepting new service calls or service work at that time and had not posted that anywhere.
Best buying experience. Armin was awesome customer service was top notch Saturday and Sunday I had questions and he answered right away taught me so much on how to maintain and operate my harman I would recommend him and High Heat Pellet Stoves to anyone needing a stove to enjoy a warm house all winter long
FYI they are not accepting any new service calls or service work at this time. They do not post this information anywhere. Not a great look for a new company. Edit for response of ownership. Your competitors have let customers know on websites they are not accepting new work. Communicating clear expectations and not wasting people's time is worthwhile. You spent several hours communicating with me and then let me know you aren't accepting customers. Warning others to not struggle with your company is a blessing. Honest reviews help consumers.
Armin installed a Harman Accentra pellet stove for me. It wasn’t an easy job, but he made it look easy! He was very professional, easy to work with, and highly communicative. He was completely transparent regarding the work scope and costs, and very mindful and respectful of my property. I am very pleased with both the service and the pellet stove, and I highly recommend him!
Armin is best He tried to guide me temporarily use before he came He service and replace parts with reasonable price and also guide me to change board and fuse I strongly recommend him to your stove work perfect.
High Heat was responsive and very helpful during the whole process. Can't recommend them enough.
