I called Ray after discovering a leak on a 30+ year old oil tank. Even being the busy season, he was able to fit us in quickly. His flexibility in moving around non-urgent jobs to fit in an oil tank replacement meant I got the new tank probably a month before I otherwise would have, and before anything bad happened with the old tank. Gave me a clear quote over the phone and walked through the job in detail and answered all my questions throughout the process. I appreciated that he only installs Roths due to their quality and warranty, even if the cost is slightly higher. Day of, he showed up on time and the work was clean and fast. Great communication. Honest and trustworthy. We will be return clients for future work for sure.

I called up Prime Time Heating, and to my surprise, they were at my front door within 30 minutes. The technician was professional, identified the problem immediately, and had the heat back on in no time. Finding someone willing to provide such fast, quality service on a major holiday is rare. Really appreciate great service like this!
Truly saved the day for us! We had an issue with our furnace and were without heat. He answered right away, said he’d be out shortly, and showed up super fast , even with the roads being bad from the snow. He texted to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. He thoroughly explained what was going on, what needed to be fixed, and walked us through everything so we actually understood the problem. They were super fast fixing it while they were here and had us back up and running (and warm!) in no time. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!
