A 2025 customer said Eric came out within the hour to fix the customer's mother's furnace, which was leaking water, and would not accept payment because he had known the customer's father. A 2026 customer said Eric FaceTimed at 9pm on a holiday to help diagnose a noisy old oil furnace and came out the next day to give a quote.
