Mid-State Mechanical

MidState Mechanical represents the very essence of the American dream. A family run operation that works hard, treats the customer with respect and looks out for the customer. We have been using MidState for years and knew that our central AC compressor would break down sooner rather than later; which it did the first week of July and needed to be replaced. They patiently answered all our questions and gave us a lot of feedback as to our options. Once we made a decision, they moved quickly to acquire a new unit and (on their own) called other customers with appointments inquiring if they could move their appointments so our new unit would be installed as fast as possible(doesn't this show how good of a relationship they have with their customers?). As I told the owner, I don't do surveys or reviews but for MidState Mechacnical I am happy to do so and strongly recommend them.

My HVAC system was 35 years old and I was in need of replacement for heating and air. I interviewed four HVAC companies before Midstate Mechanical. The four companies showed up with nice vehicles and fancy software but some couldn't answer simple questions like how many years of experience do your installers have, because I read that the installation is key to a successful HVAC system. To the rescue Midstate Mechanical. Very easy to work with, knowledgeable and with decades of experience. They were able to install a second zone and a two Stage system for less than the price that others were quoting for a single stage single zone. From the moment I met Larry my gut told me this was my guy. I am so happy with my decision. Mid-State Mechanical did a wonderful job getting my parents central air back up and running for a very fair price. They were punctual, polite, and professional. I cant thank them enough and will definitely recommend them in the future.

I just had Mid State Mechanical put in my new furnace and AC.I really thought this was going to be a big to do but this company couldn't have made it more pleasant. It started with Donna who is one of the owners and handles all your transaction information and is just wonderful to deal with. If you need to consider financing she is there to help you with all your questions. She actually made me want to do business with them because she was so terrific. Larry, her husband and owner came out to do the estimate and I knew immediately I felt comfortable with his knowledge and his obvious experience. As far as installing, both Matt Larry's son and Matt who help Larry install, were wonderful and really made this great experience. They arrived at 8:00 am and were don't by 3:00 pm. I am very happy with my new heat and air conditioning. So quiet and efficient. Also I want to mention that their pricing was very fair and I compared it to 2 other companies. Try this family owned business. I think you will be very satisfied as I am. Thank you Donna, Larry, Matt and Matt!!!

You don't know how valuable you guys are... Been thinking of you with these upcoming 90+ degree days. So pleased that we had Matt come out and do our yearly AC service that they installed over 12 years ago and still going Strong....
