What holds up under a closer read isn't the star count but how often the same names come back — a 2025 review from a client on a third transaction with Hilary, another from 2025 whose family had used her three separate times, a third from 2023 who'd bought two investment properties with her before returning for a home of his own. Recent reviews from earlier this year point to the same pattern that runs through the older ones: she does the unglamorous prep work most agents leave to the client. A July 2026 review describes her sourcing service contractors and handling marketing and vetting ahead of a Reading sale; a May 2026 review credits her with curb-appeal suggestions and coordinating the final smoke-alarm inspection before closing. In a 2025 review, a buyer of an investment property said she personally confirmed unfinished repair work on the property had actually been completed before they closed, rather than just managing paperwork. The clearest outside validation comes from sources with nothing to gain from a nice review: in a 2022 review, a bank appraiser who inspects properties for a living wrote that in 19 years of appraisals, Hilary was one of the few agents who showed up in person rather than leaving a lockbox key, and came prepared with comparable-sales research and showing feedback. A 2024 review from a buyer's closing attorney makes a similar point about her staying in communication and advocating for her client throughout the transaction. Long-distance and simultaneous deals come up often enough to be a real specialty rather than a one-off: reviews describe her managing sales for out-of-state and out-of-country clients, and running two-property sales at the same time — in a 2023 review, one seller said both properties sold over asking in a market where most offers were coming in under.
