Confirm the brokerage the listing agreement runs through, and get the license number in writing.

Hilary was awesome to work with for both buying and selling! She was extremely thorough and walked us through every detail of the sale and how we could best present out condo. Then for our home search she was patient and helped us find and create a competitive offer for our dream home. She was super communicative with us throughout the whole selling and buying process and we felt like we had her support and guidance every step of the way. Would highly recommend Hilary to anyone!

Hillary just helped us sell our home in Reading and I can’t say enough positive things about the whole experience. She was a tremendous support to us, from helping us ready the home for sale, recommending reliable service contractors, marketing, vetting and guiding us through each step in the process. Our home sold quickly for a good price and Hillary’s professionalism and attention to detail made the whole deal seamless. I seldom give a 5 star review for anything, but Hilary deserves exception. Professional, friendly, and efficient .From initial walk through, suggestions on curb appeal and inexpensive interior improvements..... right up to open house, dealing with the buyers realtors, and the final smoke alarm inspections. She made what could have been a stressful experience very easy for me as a home seller. Highly recommended!!!

We were lucky to have friends recommend Hilary Dunlavey to us years ago! We actually just finished our third real estate transaction with her and I wanted to share why I think she is so great! Hilary is very patient, knowledgable and responsive. When she helped us find our new home, we could tell she always had our best interest in mind. She wanted us to find the right fit for our family. Also, a couple of years ago she helped us sell our home over Memorial Day weekend - we were worried that we wouldn't have a great turnout with it being a holiday, but Hilary went above and beyond to make it happen. She priced it just right, and we ended up having a very successful sale. I can't recommend Hilary enough!
