HL Bowman

Noah was here in less than an hour, assessed what needed done and once I agreed, he got to work right away and got everything done. It was a huge relief to have my two issues fixed so quickly! He was nice and professional and I would highly recommend!

We were happy customers of HL Bowman for years. After discovering the company has chosen to begin using Avoca AI to replace the human labor of their front desk employees, we will be taking our business elsewhere permanently. There is no way to bypass the AI agent to speak to a human. At no time is it disclosed or obvious you are talking to a robot.

EDIT: Look at YELP reviews before using HL Bowman please. They must be monitoring / deleting low star google reviews. Not a good experience... I was willing to pay the exaggerated price point of HL Bowman thinking I would get quick, trustworthy service. The company did not even tell the technicians what they were supposed to be working on / looking at when arriving. I had to explain to multiple technicians and bring up the quote myself. The technicians walked through my carpeted living room (about 1,000 times - they were in the car more than in my house), dragging dirt and made absolutely no attempt to clean up the area. I spent 2+ hours cleaning up the mess, and no true apology was offered. HL Boman kept repeating "This is not typical", but why would I believe that? What was supposed to be a 1 day job turned into 3 due to poor communication within their own company. Technician left at the end of day 2 leaving a voice mail saying that there was still a drip. 3rd day a technician came asking how much more I was willing to spend and offered no solution. Nothing about this process was easy or fast. I encourage you to find a different business to work with.

Over price , a 3 feet cut and a pvc pipe that cost 11$ for a whole one and two rubber connectors hl bowman charge me 813$

Installers were knowledgeable and efficient. Answered all question and kept me posted on progress.
