Twelve years in, Hollywood Enterprises is still a one-person operation — Michael Whalen's sole proprietorship, working out of 204 Washington Street in Somerville. It handles pest control and home repair, and the Better Business Bureau lists it under home repair. It is the kind of outfit you call for small, contained jobs — one tradesman start to finish, rather than a multi-trade renovation. Reach it at (617) 666-9400, get the scope and the price in writing before anything starts, and ask about licensing and insurance for the specific work you need.
