The dated customer accounts include both help with choosing products and completed installation work. In October 2023, a Google reviewer named Gary and Frank and praised their knowledge of the products, efficiency and ease of working together. A September 2023 customer credited Frank and his team with communication and helpful suggestions. An August 2022 customer described choosing flooring and having it installed without a hard sell. They found the company knowledgeable and straightforward, but said a minor issue took a long time to address. It was eventually resolved, and the customer was happy with the result. A July 2021 Google reviewer was still choosing products when they wrote. They praised the staff's patience and help, the available selections, and website links that let them try different options.
