Sonya Walker!!! Superstar! It is purely by luck that Sonya showed us the first house we looked at on this journey. THANK the UNIVERSE for that chance meeting because I wouldn’t ever want any other realtor, and here’s why. First of all she’s adorable with her big smile and “unicorn hair!” She has a friendly, down to earth personality to match. But do not be fooled! . She is tenacious, insightful, smart and has the passion it takes to succeed. From first house to close, we worked together for quite some time. My fiance and I changed directions a few times in the type of house we were looking for, and honestly, we were super picky. Ahmad Charif Ahmad isn’t just a realtor—he’s the Lebanese ninja you want in your corner when life gets complicated. I was skeptical the whole time, not because of Ahmad, but because I have seriously bad luck and figured something would go wrong. Honestly, it was kind of an accident that I ended up with him. After my first realtor, someone from his company called me back and somehow just knew Ahmad was the right fit for me. They could tell I needed someone with patience, who could handle my energy, and who would let me speak freely. Ahmad understood what I was going through and kept an eye out for the perfect house, knowing I didn’t have it in me to keep searching. He knew how much I wanted this, but more importantly, how much I needed it. We joked around all the time, and because we could laugh and be real, I knew Ahmad was my people..
