The Dedham company works the restoration side of contracting — water, fire, mold and storm damage, then the reconstruction that follows — and says it answers around the clock across Dedham, Norwood and Boston. The history behind it runs longer than the paperwork suggests. Its BBB page dates the business to a 2002 start, incorporated as an LLC in 2015, six employees, and the company describes itself as an owner-operated family business with Enrique and Kevin Quinonez as the people you would actually reach. That BBB page carries an A+ with nothing filed against it. Where things get thin is what customers have written down. One review exists — on HomeAdvisor in 2022, a single sentence saying the crew was professional — and BuildZoom and Houzz both show the company with no reviews at all. What fills the gap instead is a permit trail: seven permitted Massachusetts jobs on BuildZoom between 2015 and 2023, in Sharon, Cambridge, Waltham, Arlington and Malden, alongside a BuildZoom score of 92. Two things are worth pinning down before you book. Houzz and BuildZoom each list a Massachusetts contractor registration for the company, but they are not the same number and neither listing is a confirmation, so check the registration yourself with the state. And the company's tenure gets told three different ways: 18 years on HomeAdvisor, 20 on its own site, 24 at BBB. If you are working through an insurance claim after water or fire, this is the kind of shop built for that job — Houzz's listing describes exactly that work, and the certifications it lists (IICRC, ABRA, NADCA, EPA) point the same direction. Just go in knowing you will be judging them on a conversation and a walkthrough rather than on a stack of reviews.
