When a pipe lets go or a fire leaves a house unlivable, Clean Remodel LLC is built to take both halves of the job — the water, fire, mold and storm cleanup first, then the rebuild. It works out of 46 River Street Rear in Dedham, and its site describes an owner-operated family business, naming Enrique and Kevin as the direct contacts.
Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #183998, is active. The Better Business Bureau grades the company A+, and its BBB file lists six employees and an office manager, Kevin Quinonez. The site advertises round-the-clock emergency response across Greater Boston, with the service area given as Dedham, Norwood and Boston.
BuildZoom's permit file is where the outside proof sits: seven projects in Sharon, Cambridge, Waltham, Arlington and Malden between 2015 and 2023, one of them in the last three years at $20k–$50k. In a 2022 HomeAdvisor review, a customer called them very professional. On Houzz the company claims IICRC, ABRA, NADCA and EPA credentials, lists demolition, drywall, carpentry, painting, flooring, tile and roofing alongside the restoration work, and puts typical jobs between $1,500 and $200,000.
How long they have been at it is told differently depending on where you look: the site lists 2007 as the year established and says it has served Greater Boston since 2015, while BBB's file records a 5/1/2002 start with the LLC incorporated on 3/24/2015. Worth asking about directly.
This is a sensible call for damage work where you want one company to dry the house out and then put it back together, particularly if an insurance claim is involved. Ask how the claim is handled and who signs off on the rebuild scope, and confirm the registration and insurance before anyone starts.
