HS General Contracting

HS general contracting has completed several in home projects (bathroom renovations and office renovation) as well as a big outdoor home maintenance project for us . Humberto and his team were reliable, communicative and intentional throughout the entire process. They did a great job managing expectations, timing and budgets. Their work was excellent and we could not be happier with the end result. We would highly recommend him and his team!

We live in Arlington. We hired HS Contracting to do some indoor painting for us. We found them through a Gloucester St recommendation. They did an excellent job. The painting of two hallways came out meticulous. The cost was reasonable. We will be hiring them to do an office and living room in the future. I highly recommend them.

I have been a homeowner for 27 years in Newton and have had numerous occasions to employ tradespeople for various home improvement projects. After a number of interviews with local painting companies to discuss the scope of our work, we selected H &S General Contractor. H & S exceeded our expectations. Our furniture was properly covered and protected with clean drop cloths. Wall imperfections were repaired. Painting of our ceilings, walls and trim were done to perfection. Lastly, our floors were cleaned and dusted, leaving our beautifully newly painted rooms in move-in condition. Through the entire length of the project, H&S exhibited professionalism. They arrived at the arranged date and time, kept conversation to a minimum and completed the project within their estimated deadline. I will certainly call them for my next project and have no hesitation whatsoever in giving Humberto and his team a 5 star rating.

I have had Humberto help me with many projects over many years. Some projects are large-like roofing and creating walla in our basement to smaller tasks, like fixing my sink faucet handle so it doesn’t fall off in my hand. He just fixed a whole in my porch walls which keep my 4 cats from leaping out of the house into the road. His work is always great. He finishes in a timely manner and cleans up. He is professional. I would be lost without him
