The crew came anyway — "snowflakes were falling," as that February 2026 review put it. TL Construction and Services runs out of Woburn under Yago Ribeiro, who the company's site says founded it and still runs it, 15 years in by its own count. Windows are what people call about most. One October 2025 customer had 16 originals replaced in a 1950s house, several casements converted to double-hung, after speaking with five different companies — local contractors and big-box sellers among them. In October 2024 another had 19 windows done, the old metal wrap trim pulled off and replaced with double azek, finished in a few days. A May 2024 homeowner went in planning three separate windows and came out with one sealed bay window instead. Doors run a close second. A July 2025 customer credits the crew with old, difficult doors that other contractors wouldn't handle, and a February 2026 homeowner who had struggled to find anyone for a balcony door had it assessed quickly and the work done on time. In March 2024 they turned a window into a door in less than a day; a February 2024 job put in a front door and a storm door in one. The bigger jobs are there too — a dilapidated side room rebuilt as a three-season porch (July 2025), a basement remodel that a March 2024 customer said ran on time with pricing laid out up front, large rear stairs built exactly as asked by Matthew and Pedro (June 2025), and a house's water leak traced to failed skylights, replaced with new flashing (September 2024). Cleanup comes up over and over: a May 2026 reviewer calls the crew neat, clean and respectful; a December 2024 customer had the site tidied at the end of each day. On money, two customers — writing in October 2024 and January 2025 — said the quote came in below what other installers proposed. Harvey and Pella both turn up in accounts of the windows installed, so pin down which line you're being quoted; the site offers same-day estimates and says the company is licensed and insured. For a window or door replacement around Woburn — its site also names Winchester, Burlington, Lexington, Medford, Stoneham and Reading among the towns it serves — this is a small owner-run shop whose customers keep coming back for a second and third job. Check your town is on that list, since the same site describes work across Massachusetts, and settle the window brand and the price before the crew arrives.

The installation crew was professional, arrived right on schedule, and completed the work quickly. They also made sure to clean up the workspace completely before leaving. February 2026 We placed a special order for two windows just as we were heading into Winter .Snow was forecast for the installation date and we thought it would be cancelled, but we were told that they would still be there. As promised, the crew arrived (snowflakes were falling!) but they put up a large plastic barrier across the entire room to block out the cold (it worked really well) and carefully covered the wood floors. They worked for hours outside, cutting the wood to replace the rotten wood and installing the windows. After they were finished, there was little to no cleanup needed and we were not only pleased with the installation, but also very surprised to see that they had even painted the new trim as well! We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, attention to detail, and professionalism that we received!
