Customers writing in January 2026 describe a burst pipe traced and isolated on a snowy day, and sediment in the water supply pinned down as the root cause of a problem that ended in a whole-building filtration system. Another had a whole-house filter installed in October 2025, and a customer this April said his pricing beat other local plumbers and that they would use him again for plumbing. Two habits recur. He lays out choices rather than pushing work: a November 2025 reviewer said he gave three options based on need instead of upselling, and another said the same about an expensive on-demand hot water system. And he holds his number, with a December 2025 customer writing that the boiler estimate was exactly what they paid, finished in under an hour. Now the caution, and it matters. If your heat has failed or a pipe has let go, this is a reasonable call, and the substantive reviews describe an unhurried operator who explains himself. Ask for the estimate in writing, since holding to the quoted number is what his best reviewers single out, and expect one man rather than a crew.
