They came to close my pool yesterday. Very cooperative, I had to give them a small window as we had things to do and they hit it exactly. I was unable to bring the cover up from the basement, they brought it up and brought all the pool equipment back to the basement. Trey did a great job and managed to get my skimmer basket, out which had been sucked down below the lip. Both of the guys were personable and professional.

After years of using another local pool store, our pool hadn't looked truly clean in several seasons. This year, they immediately diagnosed the problem as mustard algae, and we spent a significant amount of money on treatments that didn't solve anything. Frustrated, I went to Hunters Pool for a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did. Based on the description alone, they said it didn't sound like algae at all. They performed several water tests and quickly identified the real issue: our heater was leaking copper into the pool, causing a reaction with the pool chemicals. The team at Hunters Pool was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They removed the corroded heater, treated the pool to remove the metals, and got everything back in great shape. The difference is incredible—the pool has never looked so beautiful!
I tell everyone that asks where I go for pool service…HUNTER’S! EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE THE SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL! They have NEVER steered me wrong! Those guys in the service department are on point and so is the rest of the staff! Thank you guys for saving me today and not trying to upsell a filter (which I know I will need eventually and I will absolutely buy it from them again!)
