We just purchased our home and needed to get our pool closed quickly. Maximus Pools responded promptly and were able to come out the very next day. They were professional and fast, and even gave us some great recommendations for improvements/fixes to consider down the road. Highly recommend!
After struggling with a few different pool companies in the area over the past 10 years, I was really hoping to find someone different this year. Unfortunately, my experiences with other companies have included people who were unprofessional, seemed inexperienced, and even ended up breaking things. Then I found this company, and what a difference! When I called, the owner answered the phone himself right away. He followed up when he said he would, showed up when he said he would, and was on time, organized, professional, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he was actually here himself and took the time to really look at my pool and give me helpful advice. Honestly, this was probably the best experience I've had with owning a pool in the past 10 years. I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. It's refreshing to find a company that does what they say they're going to do and truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
