If you are on the fence about hiring a carpentry team to do work in or around your home, consider this a whole-hearted endorsement to work with Hyde Carpentry. We hired Brian and Acie to lay down more than 1,200 square feet of solid hardwood maple floors in our 1870 home. Brian will not sugarcoat the process or lead you to believe it's going to be a simple job when it isn't (which did happen with other contractors we talked with). This can feel unnerving at first especially if, like me, you're new to home ownership or you're investing a lot of money in a project. But it's exactly that thoroughness that makes him trustworthy. You can trust what he says. That should say it all! (But let me go on.) Brian and Acie are a wonderful team—truly kind, considerate communicators who will do the job not only with precision and expertise, but also with beauty in mind. I always felt that my questions were welcomed and that I was included in the process as it progressed. The finished floors are a work of art.

Brian and his team at Hyde Carpentry did an amazing job building some new privacy fences behind our condo. Communication was easy, prices were fair, and we were very satisfied with the quality of the work. Will be hiring Hyde Carpentry again in the future.
