Would not return my calls or emails for a heating system repair. Left me with no heat for the winter. Will not do business with them

Due to delayed communications even after sending follow up, I would not recommend. In addition to overcharging then waiting for refund check.
I bought a new boiler.They didn’t purge the system. The circular ran for a couple of hours, then I knew there wasn’t water in the system. I fixed it myself. They black tape the thermostat wire to a hot pipe.A wire nut was left inside the top of the boiler. I lifted the top off to remove it.I also cleaned the floor that had water on it. I had a cooler on the other side of a wall that was dumped over. The off and on switch, one screw was half in. The junction box above the furnace had one screw in it and wires hanging out of the other side.I call them but they didn’t call back.
Great service that was recommended by Ryme's. Gentleman showed up on time and serviced my furnace in a timely professional manner. Price for the service was fair in my opinion.
