Ideal Kitchens Home Improvement, Inc.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Ideal Kitchens! From the very first meeting through the final installation, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to bringing our vision to life. Our kitchen went from a dark, outdated space to one that is bright, warm, functional, and absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the project—from the custom cabinetry and gorgeous countertops to the lighting, backsplash, and overall craftsmanship. The large island has completely transformed how we use the space, and we still catch ourselves stopping just to admire it. Throughout the renovation, communication was excellent, timelines were respected, and any questions we had were answered promptly. Everyone we worked with was courteous, skilled, and took pride in their work. We are beyond grateful to the entire Ideal Kitchens team for making what could have been a stressful renovation such a positive experience. They exceeded our expectations, and we would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Thank you for giving us a kitchen we truly love!

Just here to drop a 5 star because a lot of unfair 1 stars…….

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Ideal Kitchens! From start to finish, their team was professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The design process was smooth and collaborative — they listened to every detail of what I wanted and brought it to life even better than I imagined. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is top-notch. Every cabinet, countertop, and finish looks perfect and feels built to last. The installation crew showed up on time, kept everything clean, and treated my home with respect. It’s rare to find a company that combines amazing customer service, great communication, and outstanding results all in one — but Ideal Kitchens truly does. If you’re considering a kitchen remodel, I can’t recommend them highly enough. They turned my dream kitchen into a reality!

We made an appointment. They confirmed the appointment by calling me a business day before. I waited and no one arrived. I called and they asked if they can reschedule for another time. A kitchen renovation is stressful enough. If they can't arrive for the first meeting on time, I expect the renovation won't be on time either. They did apologize though!

We had a great experience with a bathroom and a kitchen renovation. The owner, Steve, had a lot of design ideas that we probably wouldn’t have thought of and we accepted just about all of his suggestions. It gave us a lot more storage space than we expected. The carpenters were skilled, thoughtful and pleasant to have around the house. They were helpful with a couple of last minute changes and suggestions. The office staff was also pleasant, helpful and responsive. And of course, we’re very happy with the results.
