Ideal Kitchens

Ideal Kitchens is a West Boylston kitchen design and remodeling business; its website describes it as family-owned with more than 40 years of experience. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 184617, is active on the state registry under Ideal Kitchens LLC. A 2025 Google customer said they used Ideal's people for countertops, flooring, plumbing and electrical work, and wrote that Dino will send a schedule for the full 5 weeks so you know who is supposed to be there on any given day. A 2024 customer said a few structural issues were identified during their kitchen remodel and the job still finished on time and per the schedule. In a 2023 review, a customer said Dino presented options to improve their design, such as a pantry design, a lighting plan and a dry bar. That 2023 customer said they paid the electrical, plumbing, flooring and backsplash subs directly, and that the project was completed in 6 weeks, a little over schedule. A 2025 customer rated their experience a 4.8, said Dino worked closely with them to develop and execute the final design, and wrote that small details can sometimes be overlooked. A 2023 customer who gave two stars said their project was pushed off several months after the 50% deposit was cashed, and that this happened twice. That 2023 customer said Ideal required them to pay the electrician, plumber and flooring companies directly, and that every week there was an issue with a contractor not showing up. The same 2023 customer said the refrigerator and oven were installed too close together, and that a new door into the garage had to be installed to correct it.
