Ideal Pools Inc says it designs, builds, maintains, repairs and supplies equipment for pools and hot tubs from its Southbridge location, and that it has served Massachusetts and Connecticut since 1974. When one recent customer's salt water chlorine generator failed, that customer said Ideal came and diagnosed the problem, and reached out a few days later to be sure they were all set. A recent customer said Jacob Leo came out to open their pool this year, and that the pool is clean and clear. Another recent customer had a pool installed on a Tuesday and said the set-up team answered all of their questions. A 2026 customer who bought a Bullfrog hot tub from the company more than four years earlier said the head technician contacted the factory and got them a new jetpack at no charge when one malfunctioned. A 2024 customer whose pool was crushed by a falling tree said Matt laid out the options and returned calls, and that the crew removed the old pool and installed the new one. A 2022 customer said the job was completed weeks ahead of the original schedule. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 179181, is active on the state registry. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade and BBB accreditation.
Our salt water chlorine generator failed. Ideal came and diagnosed the problem. We fixed it ourselves (now sure of the issue). Ideal reached out a few days later to be sure we were all set. This is some of the best pool service we have received in this area in many years. Thank you for your help and customer service, it was much appreciated.
Pool installation on Tuesday was awesome. The set up team was a well oiled machine. They worked well together and were there to answer all of our questions. We are extremely happy with our new pool. Thanks Ideal Pool team.
Great place for all your pool needs. Have tried several different companies to service our pool over the years but this company outperforms all. They’ve always responded quickly to any of our needs or concerns. This year Jacob Leo came out to open our pool and did such an amazing job! The pool is so clean and clear! I highly recommend Ideal Pools
We purchased our bullfrog hot tub from ideal pools over 4 years ago and we have been very pleased with their support and service since then. Recently one of the the jetpacks malfunctioned and even though our purchase is several years old, the head technician went above and beyond to contact the factory and get us a new jetpack at no charge. They have always been responsive and professional and I highly recommend using them for all your hot tub needs. They sell a superior product and they are a terrific crew
I am Trustee at Beacon Park Condominiums, Webster MA. Ideal has been instrumental in helping us to keep our pool running effectively for many years. Thank you to your team for making our job easier!!
