IN Painting, Inc.

IN Painting is a Barnstable-based painting contractor working across Cape Cod — its site lists Hyannis, Yarmouth, Dennis, Sandwich, Mashpee, Falmouth, Harwich, Brewster, Chatham, Orleans and Eastham as its service area — and says it's been in business since 2009. Google shows 5★ from the ratings on file. The clearest sign of the work's quality is the fix, not just the finish. In a 2022 review, one homeowner described buying a house with clapboards that kept bubbling under paint no matter how many painters tried to "fix" it; IN Painting diagnosed the actual problem — the wood needed to be stained rather than painted, to let moisture escape — stripped the old paint and restained the clapboards, and five years later the job was reportedly still holding. Other 2022 reviews describe the same pattern of named crew members (Ivan, Alex, JR, Sergio, Ernani) doing repeat work for the same customers — repairing damaged window sills so they "look like new," power-washing and staining decks, and, on one large job, finishing 3,000 square feet of painting and wall repair with the site cleaned so thoroughly there was no sign a crew had been there. The company's own site says that in 2022 it acquired a local landscaping company, Forever Green Co., to offer painting and landscaping together as a "Total Property" service — its own description, not something the reviews speak to directly. The written record here runs entirely across a few months in spring 2022, 15 reviews, all positive, with the same names turning up across different jobs. For a tricky exterior surface problem, or a project that could use both painting and landscaping in one call, this looks like a crew that identifies the actual issue before reaching for a brush.
