Innovative Builds & Remodel

Innovative Builds & Remodel is a Rockland-based contractor describing itself as a home-improvement outfit that "specializes in all types of residential construction," serving the greater Boston area. Its Houzz page shows nine project albums — interior trim work, kitchen and stair jobs in Needham and Reading, mahogany countertops installed in Hunter, NY, a mudroom bench and pantry barn door, and a bathroom remodel — with typical job costs running $1,000 to $60,000. The written record on file is thin: a single 2018 Houzz review names Lukas, who worked on a new-construction project, as diligent, knowledgeable, reliable and committed to doing a great job. There isn't much more public record to weigh this against — worth asking for recent references and a look at completed work before booking anything sizable.
