Full roofs go on in a day - a nine-man crew stripping a two-layer roof, replacing rotted decking and installing a new Owens Corning system in one day, a 17-unit mixed-use building priced well under other estimates, four condo buildings at Vista Ridge in Londonderry, a historic barn in Hollis. Several reviewers name the quote as the lowest or second-lowest they got, and one says the final bill came in under the bid because less material was used. Communication runs through named people - Dan, Boyd, Jarrett, Cory - who reviewers say answer calls and texts the same day and send photos as work proceeds. Cleanup is the other constant: yards left with no nails or debris. The complaints are about the front office and the edges of the job rather than the roofing. If anyone out there needs A new roof please call Innovative Roofing.I hardly ever write reviews but Boyd and his crew did a great job doing my new roof.He won't take short cuts because he takes pride in what he does.He corrected problems that my previous roofer did.Did the job for less than I could Imagine .Also lowered the price from his original bid because he ended up using less material than they needed.Where do you see that?If you want honest,reliable,great service call them.Thank you Guys,Tom. O almost forgot,Boyd is the most down to earth decent guy you will ever meet.How do I give a six star review ? Let me add something to this review.A few days after my new roof an animal visited my roof.Almost sure it was a raccoon .It tried to get in at three different areas.I called Boyd to take a look at it.He came the next day and told me that he would repair it.I said let me know how much it will cost.He said Tom I own this roof as much as you do, no charge.Where do you find people like that now a days.I am so lucky to have found a company like this.

We booked Innovative Roofing through Sheepdog Enterprise in June 2025. They replaced our roof in a day, it was efficient. My issue was with their care of our house. I asked them to lay plastic lining in our crawl space to protect us from the debris, our house is 150years old and has asbestos siding. I was 8mos pregnant at the time, and the crawl space went to our nursery. The owner Rob laid the liner, but I guess struggled to close the door to the crawlspace, so he said he propped an empty trash can against it, rather than tell us about it or close it properly. Well when they were done, the nursery was covered with dust and debris. We did let rob know, he apologized but did nothing to remediate or offer any cleaning. We vacuumed the carpet, wiped it down, etc - but I just always now dread the nursery thinking of how it could impact her health. As she now crawls and gets into everything I just lose sleep over things about it - how they could be so careless with our health/house. The roof is fine, the care for the home was disappointing.
Stefanie, the office manager, was truly distressed by my experience. Apparently, the guy who came to me was "filling in". Be sure and make sure that it's their regular staff who gives you the estimate! Don't waste your time as I did. Requested an estimate on a new roof. Was given a 2 hour window. Sat around and waited. They showed up last minute, walked once around the house (never got on the roof), and left without a word. That was nearly 48 hours ago and haven't heard from them. Ridiculous. Then to top it all off, was sent an estimate 48 hours later for SIDING!!! No wonder the guy never went up on the roof!
My family has worked with Dan and Rob from Innovative Roofing twice. A couple years ago, they replaced the roof of our camp (a tiny structure with an infuriating number of roof surfaces) and this week, they did the roof of our house and garage. In both cases, they were quick, courteous, and professional. I am particularly grateful for the way they prioritize customer care; any time I had a question or concern, Dan would respond within the work day, and frequently within minutes. While they were here, they had to deal not only with my family, but also with my plumber, who was doing an unrelated job. Their interactions with my eight year old were as respectful and professional as their interactions with me. They even treated my crazy, inhospitable dog as a valued customer. All of this notwithstanding, our new roof looks fantastic, and I would never dream of working with another roofing company. Keep up the great work, folks!
