One customer, writing in January 2025, had been with them since 2018: the crews come out quickly, the guarantee mattered, and the job was, in their words, "a pleasure to work with on an unpleasant problem." Five Google ratings average five stars, and the BBB page carries an A+ letter grade, though the business is not an accredited member there. The work covers homes and commercial properties, with a service area the company lists as Natick, Framingham, Wellesley, Weston, Wayland, Southborough, Hudson and Marlborough among others. A sensible call for a recurring household pest problem — the kind you want someone to keep an eye on rather than spray once. Ask what the guarantee covers and for how long, and whether tick work runs as a seasonal program or per visit.
