In May 2026, a homeowner who had used ant prevention for several years and also received bee treatment said the office moved an appointment forward to that day after ants appeared indoors. A February 2026 reviewer said a technician arrived by early afternoon after a morning call about a mouse in a building’s trash compactor. In an August 2025 review, a customer credited Dan Giddings with explaining the treatment plan, options and costs. A November 2025 customer described Eli handling a trapped live mouse, moving appliances, searching for holes, filling access points and vacuuming droppings. An October 2025 reviewer said the company sent someone within two hours to remove a hornet nest during a weekend emergency that summer; Dave Flynn then visited on Monday to check for other nests and spray the area. A September 2025 homeowner with a life-threatening sting allergy said the company responded quickly and resolved a wasp-nest problem. There are also dated qualifications to the praise.
