Based in Wayland, the business says it treats outdoor spaces for mosquitoes, ticks, deer and rabbits with natural, plant-based products. The company identifies Kurt Upham as its founder and traces its beginnings to his deer-control formula experiments in 2006. Customers describe how technicians handle the yard as well as the treatment itself. A May 2026 reviewer praised care around plants, trees and chickens while moving the spray hose. Another said Liam made sure their dogs were indoors before starting. In August, a customer said Kyle worked around contractors doing construction at the house so the full spray could be completed. An April reviewer said John answered questions about treatment timing and products for a yard used by two young children and a dog. Treatment results are customer reports, and they vary. An April 2026 reviewer said mosquitoes remained after the first spray, followed by a return to respray within a couple of days. A July customer with a property bordering forests said tick and mosquito effectiveness was hard to judge, while reporting few tick-bite incidents and minimal mosquito problems over the years; they also kept the lawn short and removed standing water.
