Activity has thinned lately, though: three permits in the last three years against seventy all-time, so the busy stretch of this record is behind it. The honest gap is customer voice. Nothing published anywhere says what it was like to hire him — no rating, no comment, not one line. What exists instead is a verified licence and a decade-plus of municipal sign-offs, which tells you the work was permitted and inspected, not whether it was pleasant or on schedule.
