The written history is short and consistent. A homeowner writing in September 2024 said a Swampscott Nest recommendation sent them to Chris Power; they left a voicemail, and he came by within a few days — on a holiday — and got up on the roof to assess the chimney flashing, crown and pointing. One more thing not to misread: BuildZoom's 0 score for the company comes from permits and licence status, not from customers — the site has no reviews for them at all. If you're on the North Shore and want chimney pointing, crown and flashing work from the owner himself rather than a crew handed the job, the two people who wrote about him were glad they called. Get the registration confirmed and the scope in writing first.
