We hired Island Carpentry to undertake relatively minor renovations on our home. We were thoroughly satisfied with their craftsmanship and attention to detail, which prompted us to extend the project to encompass significant renovations to make the home wheelchair accessible including the construction of a new kitchen, two bathrooms, new heat pump, and other enhancements. Mike and his team, particularly John, were an exceptional pleasure to collaborate with throughout the entire process. Not only did they listen to our needs and dreams, they ensured that the project proceeded without any stress. We wholeheartedly recommend their services and would not hesitate to work with them again.

We have been working with Mike for about 8 years now and have done about 20 houses over the course of that time. All material and trades such as electricians and plumbers are always on job on time and get done in a timely fashion and we have never had any problems. As a sub contractor for Mike we have never had any problems or issues, jobs are always ran very smoothly and efficiently and we look forward to doing much more work with Mike in the future

Please be cautious in regards to hiring this contractor. He will provide a contract for both parties to sign, but once the job was completed he requested additional compensation for the work performed and increased the material expenses. I needed to seek legal counsel.
