J.A. Hutchins Tree Service names Stoddard as its service area on its website and says it has been in business for 20 years. Its Better Business Bureau profile describes tree removal and stump grinding. One recent job involved removing about 7 trees, all close to the house or the power line; the customer says the work was done within a week of reaching out and the trunks were left in a pile for them to cut for firewood. A recent customer who asked for an estimate says they came right out, planned the work around the customer's needs and were careful to protect the property, and praises the clean-up. Josh is easy to work with and does what he says he will do, according to a recent review. In a 2024 review, a customer said the company was responsive to requests and to scheduling estimates, that its pricing was competitive and the job was finished quickly, and that when they were done they cleaned up the yard and asked the customer to inspect the work before requesting payment. In a 2025 review, a customer who ordered firewood from them said the delivery was quick and the prices were fair.
