J & A Overhead Door

My husband called to see if we could set up an appointment and it just so happened that they were in the area and said that they would be right over to see what was going on with both of our garage doors. They both broke down three days apart from each other. Jeremiah was amazing. He knew exactly what was wrong and immediately got to work. He didn’t waste any time. He repaired my husband side. We had to replace the springs and door adjustments. And then the motor on my side was dead. It was old and he replaced it, put new rails up, new springs knew everything. He also put in a new Garage Door pad outside to replace the other one. They got us hooked up onto our iPhones to the garage door openers with the camera and we’ll be able to tell with our phones whether our garage doors are open or closed and we can actually close it or open it from anywhere we are. There’s also a camera inside the garage door opener and I can view it on my phone. Heather came from the office to drop off a part that he needed and they both got us connected on our cell phones to access the garage door remotely. We’re in our 70s and we never would’ve been able to do it. They could’ve told us about it and told us how to do it and left, but they didn’t. We could not have asked for better service. He was amazing and he didn’t stop working for a second. He just went along and within about two hours, he was finished. Very professional very very nice people. I would recommend them to everyone.
