Deep cleans are what most people call J&W Sparkling Clean for, and plenty of them stay on as regulars. The company says it is based in Centerville and lists towns across Cape Cod, from Provincetown to Osterville, plus residential, commercial, post-construction, window and other cleaning on its site. Google shows 4.8 stars from 96 ratings, Thumbtack 4.9 from 50, and Angi and HomeAdvisor 4.7 from 111 each; its BBB grade is A+. This spring's reviews are mostly deep-clean stories. An April 2026 customer had a summer home in Chatham done top to bottom, from baseboards to kitchen appliances and bathrooms. Another in April said Petrina and the crew worked through a house the customer was embarrassed by and that they were looking forward to the next cleaning. In a December 2025 review, a Hyannis homeowner whose house had gone five years without a professional cleaning said every surface and corner looked new; a November 2025 reviewer wrote that shelves, soffit ledges, beams and rafters were done and the windows came out streak-free. The longer relationships go back years. A September 2024 reviewer had used them since 2019, another for four years, and two Airbnb hosts, one in West Yarmouth, wrote in September 2024 that Petrina's team handles their properties. A 2023 customer described texting her at 9pm and getting fitted in by 8am the next day. Pricing gets a specific note in a March 2025 review: the hourly rate is standard, but on a multi-person team you pay it for each cleaner's hours, which the customer said Petrina made clear at the start. There are complaints. In April 2026, a buyer of an empty house wrote that after a $560 deep-clean quote, the kitchen floor was not clean, the oven was never touched and the bathroom was still dirty, and that the cleaners threw out renovation receipts from a kitchen drawer and bagged the dog's bed; that customer would not hire them again. In April 2025, a neighbor who had not used the service wrote that a company vehicle sped through a residential street where children were riding bikes.

They cleaned every corner of my home thoroughly — from baseboards to kitchen appliances and bathrooms. Everything was left spotless, fresh, and beautifully organized. You can truly see the care and dedication they put into their work. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality deep cleaning service in Chatham, I highly recommend J&W Sparkling Clean. Recently, I requested a deep cleaning and I’m so impressed with the results! The team was very attentive, and from the beginning they made me feel comfortable. I was honestly a little embarrassed because everything was so dirty, but they exceeded my expectations and made me feel happy with the outcome. Petrina and the girls are hard workers, and I highly recommend her services. I truly appreciate everything! I can’t wait for the next cleaning 🤩🤩🤩
I hired sparkling clean to deep clean the empty house that I had just bought. I was very specific with what I wanted cleaned and the most important area since I had put new flooring in all the rooms except the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom and kitchen needed the most attention but got the least attention. They were supposed to come to my house for a quote but then canceled and said it would be $560 for a deep clean. I was very disappointed when I went to the house and see the kitchen floor not clean, oven was never touched, bathroom still dirty…. And so much more. Mind you my house had no furniture at that time. We had some receipts from house renovations in a kitchen drawer in a nice pile- I was very disappointed to find out the cleaners threw them in the trash. Also put my dogs’ bed in a trash bag? I would not hire this company again. It was definitely a waste of money.
