Sewer Surgeons

Sewer Surgeons is a family-owned sewer and septic company founded by husband-and-wife team Mike and Kasie Hague, who report over 13 years of experience in excavation and water/sewer work before starting the business, based out of East Hampstead, NH and serving southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts with 24/7 emergency service and flat-rate pricing. Every Google review on file — all 5 of them, posted in 2026 — rates the company 5 stars, and the specifics line up with what the site advertises: fast turnaround, clear communication, and technicians who show up on time and finish ahead of schedule. A March 2026 review described the crew responding the same day to a septic system backup; a June 2026 review described the company returning at no charge to double-check a job and sending photos to confirm it was done right. Worth flagging directly: a large share of this company's reported review volume — 9 of the 14 reviews on file — comes from an Angi profile that lists an address in Bow, NH, more than 40 miles from this business's own East Hampstead/Pelham location, with no phone number available to confirm it's the same company. The match is plausible (same distinctive name, same specific septic/sewer niche), but it isn't confirmed, so those reviews — and a trade license number listed on that same Angi page — are best treated as likely, not certain, evidence about this exact business. New Hampshire doesn't operate a license registry for excavation or septic contractors the way it does for plumbers and electricians, so there's no independent state credential to check here regardless. For septic and sewer work in the East Hampstead/Pelham area, the confirmed Google reviews describe fast, professional, well-communicated service — a promising but still thin track record, worth supplementing with a couple of direct references given how new and how partly-unverified the public review count is.
