Joel came to our house because we wanted to buy a new mini split system from him. However, rather than simply doing that he took the time to investigate why we had a heat problem. This involved climbing in our attic to check the duct work among other things. He identified the problem and explained the situation to us saying he could fix it. He spent about an hour from start to finish but didn’t charge us. We asked him to charge us for his time , but he refused. He wouldn’t even take a tip. In today’s world it is highly unusual for someone to provide a service and not expect/accept payment. Joel is truly an honorable man and one we will continue to use for all our heating and cooking needs. Joel is professional, efficient, trustworthy, experienced and so much more. His pleasant personally makes it easy to have him in the house. But most importantly, he is smart, hardworking and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and know you will be glad you called him.

I cannot say enough good things about J.M. Curtis Energy Solutions. I called them on a Saturday and told them my situation was not an emergency because I am retired and they could come on Monday if that was more convenient. Instead, technician Joel Frazier came out on Sunday morning. Joel repaired the air-conditioning unit serving my bedroom and also repaired the unit serving my winter garden, which had not worked for several years. Another company had previously told me the winter garden unit could not be repaired and would have to be replaced at an estimated cost of over $11,000. Joel diagnosed the problem and repaired it instead. He was professional, courteous, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. I will never use another HVAC company. J.M. Curtis Energy Solutions has earned my trust and my future business. I highly recommend them. Most units were repaired for $800.
