THIS is the guy you want. James reached out to me when he saw I had listed my condo for rent on a social media site and I am so glad he did. He asked me for the opportunity to list my Condo on the MLS and find me a tenant at no cost to me. I figured I had nothing to lose. What I didn't figure was how much I had to gain using a professional instead of going it on my own. James is incredibly responsive and professional. He brought me a half dozen potential renters (while I hadn't gotten a single interested party on my side) and the due diligence was off the chart. He had done full research on each one vetting income, previous tenancies, background checks and more.
