I would rate Jason and team a 5+. They were very responsive and competitively priced. Paying meticulous attention to detail. Delivered everything I asked for and more.
Jason responded to all our concerns, there were a few issues with the Beadboard ceiling install that involved the cutouts for the bathroom fan and A/C vents. These were resolved in the end, so we are happy with the end result. Jason made it right and helped us with some other minor carpentry repairs as we are getting ready to sell and move. He was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend him and his team.
I worked with Jason on a basement finish project kitchen remodel and outside millwork. The results were high quality snd exceeded my expectations. He is professional and worked within my budget and was on time on project deliverables. He and his team are great to work with- I highly recommend!
First time iI used Jason and his son (J.D carpentry out of Scituate) In this day and age if and your new to carpentry project's which i was and i picked a local carpenter for my project Well i hit a home run when i picked Jason and his son Dustin They build a roof for my ouside shower and dresssing room enclosure which was a vinyl fence enclosure and did a outstanding job It was not an easy project because of the different heights involved. I was very pleased with the job they did I would highly recommend J.D Carpentry for any carpenter projects you may have
Project involved replacing a sliding door/window unit with a new wall, exterior door and windows. Project went well but in the end, there is an issue with the door gasketing as you can see sunlight coming in when the door is closed. Called the contractor(in September) and reported this. I was told by by contractor that he would come by, check it out and fix it. Also, when the project was completed in late August, I asked the contractor to measure up the cellar door and see what he can do to install a storm door. He measured up the door and told me he would be getting back to me in a couple of days(as it is an odd size and he needed to do some research on it). Has been radio silence since then on BOTH items. Great guy to work with due to his flexibility with my schedule but can not recommend him as the finished product leaves something to desired.
