he kept saying he was going to do the work and then he would have an excuse each time. Once I said I wanted my money back to have someone else do it he never responded. He is not serious about performing work and does not returns the deposit.

I needed to replace an exterior back door and shed door. JB responded the same day, gave a quote and began work the following day. The job was finished in 2 days and I was so impressed with the quality of the work I hired Joe for several additional projects. He reroofed my shed, painted the doors, hung a cabinet door that I have had on my to do list for a few years! He knew right away that the hinges weren t right and it took him less than 5 minutes to put it up once we got the right hinges. He showed up every time he said he would, prices were very reasonable and the work was impeccable. Joe has made me love my house again! I have a few more projects and will definitely be reaching out to Joe for those. Stay tuned...

We hired Joe to replace the rotting Facia boards on the sides and front of our 95 yr old house. Joe was able to start the following day. The job took 2 days to complete and he did a great job. The house was trimmed in Blue, with most of it needing to be replaced. Joe scraped off the old blue on the eaves and painted it all white. It has greatly improved the curb appeal. We would hire him again.

Nice guy, no doubt! BUT, the door he hung was too high, so it scrapes the frame, and it does not latch. I also asked for CO2/smoke detectors to be screwed in at the top of each stairwell, which he did, but he did not put the batteries in. He said that was because they would beep every 20 seconds, which turned out to be false. I ended up putting the batteries in, and tested them, and they have been quiet and worked perfectly since, but the thought of having detectors installed that did not work, and having that be acceptable to the contractor is a bit unprofessional in my book.

Joe was timely, efficient and knowledgeable. His work was impeccable, he is neat and very quick as well as a truly genuine person. He showed up when he said he would and his prices are extremely reasonable. He is now my go-to person for all of my household issues.
