JB Pest

JB Pest is Jay Bonetti's own operation — he is listed as both owner and technician — run out of Chelsea and, by the company's account, growing around Boston since 2023. The jobs are the small invaders: mice and rats, cockroaches, and the wildlife end of it, skunks, possums and raccoons. The company says its technicians are MDAR licensed, through the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources, and PAC licensed for pest animal control, and it names clients at Faneuil Hall among its work. For a Boston apartment or a triple-decker with a rodent problem, the draw here is dealing with the owner himself rather than a rotating crew. Before booking, ask how many visits the price covers, whether exclusion work — sealing up the entry points — is included or quoted separately, and for the technician's MDAR licence number.
