Water dripping inside every time it rained is what sent one recent customer to JB Riverside Chimney Sweep and Maintenance. They said the company identified and plugged the leak in their chimney, that it took a few hours, and that everything is now dry. A recent customer credited Marlon, the technician, for the chimney service and said Max scheduled the appointment by phone for the next day. That visit was to fix their vent system. A recent customer said the expert who came out inspected and cleaned their chimney before outlining the state of the system, cleaned up the workspace afterward, and that the fireplace now operates more effectively.
Awesome Chimney service from Marlon the Technician. When setting the appointment, Technician Max was super friendly and helpful on the phone and was able to schedule it for the next day. He came out to fix my vent system. They were so professional, informative, and very kind and respectful towards me. Thank you!!
