Jbcs Painting, Inc.

A friend's referral brought one homeowner to JBCS Painting in April 2023 to fix a botched job another painting company had left behind — that review ends with a 10/10 recommendation. Another customer writing the same month had been through two bad experiences with other painters before a friend named JBCS. The company paints interiors and exteriors and does power washing; its HomeAdvisor profile also lists commercial work and puts it at 11 years in business. Two reviewers name Lucas and his crew, one in September 2021 and one in April 2023. Cleanliness comes up in both years: the 2021 customer said the crew cleaned up at the end of each day, and the April 2023 customer called them punctual, professional and extremely clean. The jobs people describe are concrete. In September 2021 a HomeAdvisor customer hired JBCS to power wash a three-story house after other companies they had talked to could not handle the height. An August 2021 customer had an old peeling fence painted and said the crew offered to shore up a sagging part, then followed up afterward. Two June 2021 customers wrote about money: one who used them for both interior and exterior work said the estimate was accurate, and another said what had been agreed was what was done and charged. Both platforms are unanimous — 5★ from 10 Google ratings, 5.0★ from five on HomeAdvisor — and the written reviews run from June 2021 through April 2023. For repainting inside or out, washing a tall exterior, or bringing a tired fence back, this is a reasonable call. Ask for recent local references, get the scope and the price in writing, and confirm licensing and insurance before the crew starts.
