I’m very happy with the work done by Marcio and his team. My new walls look great! Pricing was good and he gave us several options… like a menu of choices… so we could pick and choose what to do that fit in our budget. We’ve had a lot of work done at our home recently and the project changed a little. There was some extra work I needed that wasn’t part of the original quote. Marcio was super helpful and added in the extra parts for a very reasonable additional cost. He checked in to make sure we were happy with everything. He’s very responsive to text messages. I’m currently boycotting all businesses that won’t allow me to speak to a human. I’m tired of AI agents “answering the phone”. Marcio is very down to earth and a good guy who answers texts promptly and is not going to rip you off. He just finished one job for us today and I’ve already asked him for quotes for two more jobs.

From the start of the process to the finished job. COGO was extremely responsive and followed up quickly. My appointment was set within 1 day. Three days later he came on time. Was extremely friendly didn't waste any time and got the job done. The whole process was professional and Mauricio was just an all around great guy. I highly! recommended COGO for any project you have at your home. Just have everything ready for them and they will get the job done! Installed a very heavy large blind in my loft in no time at all.
We hired Marcio for a second time, and once again he did an excellent job. He was prompt, professional, extremely dependable, and very reasonable in his pricing given the amount and variety of work he completed. This time, he replaced an old track light with a much more modern fixture and added a dimmer switch, replaced a bathroom exhaust fan that had not been working properly, and properly secured carpet in a transition area that a previous contractor had failed to address. What impressed us most was his flexibility. When he arrived, I asked him about getting an estimate for some carpentry work to add a side panel next to our refrigerator to close an awkward gap. Although this wasn’t part of the original job, he was able to take care of it that same day, which was incredibly convenient and appreciated. We will absolutely hire Marcio again for any similar work going forward. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Boston area looking for a skilled, dependable, responsive, and fair-priced handyman
They responded to my work and showed up on time. I did not know they could order your part for you if you need a replacement part. They said they would order It and let me know when it arrives to come finish the job , although am still waiting for the final fix but am satisfied with their service
