Experience was outstanding. Jabbar had phenomenal expertise and was incredibly honest with us about the situation with our washing machine. He diagnosed the issue swiftly and laid out our options. We elected to get a new washing machine given the age of the machine and the cost to repair. However, we’ll absolutely use him again in the future and can’t recommend him enough.

5 stars as my issue was resolved with professionalism. The Tech was knowledgeable and courteous and clearly knew where to tackle the issue. I would definitely select their service for other appliance issues, if they arise.

Had a great experience with this company when my refrigerator was leaking water. The Company fixed the problem and charged a reasonable price. I will definitely refer my friends and neighbors to call this company if they encounter any issues with their appliances.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I felt this one was absolutely necessary. My Samsung washing machine was turning on, but it wasn’t filling with water. I connected through the app, and they responded very quickly. He came out the very next day to assess the problem, explained what was needed, and was very professional throughout the entire process. Within 2–3 days of my initial contact, my washer was up and running and working like brand new. He even took the time to fix a leak that I had, which I truly appreciated. I strongly recommend his services! The positive reviews I read before choosing him were absolutely legitimate, and now I can personally say that I understand why he receives such great feedback.
