JDShea HVAC

JDShea HVAC is an HVAC contractor at 34 Martell Road in the Houghs Neck section of Quincy, MA, with 24 years of experience offering central air cleaner installation and repair, thermostat service, central A/C repair, and heat pump service. In 2019 reviews on Angi, two customers described the technician as incredibly professional and attentive to detail, and one said they had worked with him multiple times over the years and always got good work. The written record here is limited to two dated 2019 reviews with no specific job details, and Angi's own FAQ states JDShea does not offer free estimates, emergency services, or warranties — worth confirming current availability and terms directly. For a homeowner in the Houghs Neck / Quincy area needing routine central air or thermostat work, the two reviews on file are positive but thin — ask about recent work and current terms before booking.
