Had a great experience with Discount Appliance recently. Andrew came the same day I called for excessive noise coming from my dryer. He was very nice and professional and honest about what was wrong. It ended up being a simple fix and I was happy with the price they charged. My old dryer works better now than it did before! I will definitely come back to them for any repair needs going forward.

I could not have had a better experience with Discount Appliance Service. I called in the afternoon about an issue with my GE washing machine, and Jim, the owner, was at my house the very next day. From the moment he arrived, Jim was incredibly friendly, professional, respectful, and informative. He took the time to explain what he was looking at and, within about 10 minutes, had identified the problem. He fixed it right then and there, and just like that, my washing machine is working like brand new again. It’s refreshing to deal with a local business where the owner is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about providing great service. I could not be more satisfied with my experience and would absolutely recommend Jim and Discount Appliance Service to anyone needing appliance repair. They’ve definitely earned my business and will be my go to company for any appliance issues moving forward. Five stars all around!

Came to look at my stove to see why the burner control knob light was staying on the afternoon I called. He ordered the part and fixed it within a couple of days. Excellent service!
