I had an issue with the Boiler and Louie fixed it the same day. It was single digits outside and Louie made sure that my family and I were taken cared of. Louie is super professional and knowledgeable. This is the best experience I’ve ever had when dealing with HVAC/Plumbing issues. Fair priced and very responsive. I would say this is the best HVAC/plumbing service you can get in Hartford and Tolland county. Highly recommend.
Luis came to our house for a Laars efficiency boiler service. He was incredibly punctual and super knowledge able about our not super common system. Later I reached out to him about a related question and he was very helpful troubleshooting the issue with me over the phone. I knew he'd know the answer and I was right! I also want to note his rate was very reasonable compared to another company our neighbors used for a similar service. Have already given them his info for next time. If we have a plumbing or HVAC issue he'll be who we call. Thanks Luis!
