Quality Plumbing & Drain Services, LLC

Richard was great! He was prompt, friendly, and was able to finish the repair in less than an hour. I had another estimate done for the same work that was about $1000 more than I had expected based on my research. Richard's quote was much more in line with my expected cost and he was able to compete the work same day. I highly recommend!

Excellent experience with this company. Richard showed up right on time (before me). He was professional and the work was done promptly. I also used this company for kitchen faucet, DW and Fridge water connect. Great experience as the first! Their magnet will remain on the fridge!

Richard was very pleasant and friendly, also the young man who assisted him.. they came first thingg this morning, done about two hours, I will be using his company when needed for anything in the future. Also will recommend their services. Thank you Richard for your time and effort!!!

Reliable and reasonable contractor for plumbing. Second time using these guys so far for small jobs I prefer not to do myself. I chose this company the first time because I wasn't able to get a hold of other local plumbers by phone, and also no call backs after voicemails. These folks are very responsive and get back to you same or next day. Easy quoting process over text message with my provided pictures of work areas (simple jobs like shutoff valve replacement). If you are particular about the look of what they are installing, I'd recommend asking if there are any visual options, or you may be able to ask if you can choose something based on what they'd recommend (this would need to be discussed). They tend to install decent quality and functional hardware which is fine for me. Recommended for your next plumbing job!

I called on Wednesday and left a message to fix a minor leaking faucet line and to get a quote for replacing the faucet. I received a call back within minutes, the representative was extremely polite and got me on the schedule for Friday. They had a cancellation and called to get me in same day. Richard came out and was extremely helpful and took care of the leaky water line(it just needed to be tightened). He also took the time to quote me on the replacement and recommendations for how to manage the supply lines on the replacement since the current lines are not a standard length(pedestal sink with the plumbing raised to be hidden by the sink basin).
