I highly recommend New England Duct Care. I got many estimates for other companies with a range of how they clean the ducts. The process and equipment they use was on par with the other reputable companies. The price and service provided was excellent. I will definitely use New England Duct Care in the future.

New England Duct Care was recommended to me by my HVAC company, and I was so impressed with Jason's service from his initial contact and communication process to the completed cleaning. Jason was extremely responsive, quoted a fair and reasonable price, was extremely prompt and efficient, and provided me with photos to show what was actually in my ducts! I highly recommend Jason and his team and will definitely use them again in the future.

5 stars!!!! I cannot say enough good things about New England Duct Care & Dryer Vent Cleaning. Although they initially had a three-week wait for service, they put me on their cancellation list and were able to come out just three days later, which was greatly appreciated. From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, courteous, thorough, and exceptionally clean. They took the time to explain the process and provided before-and-after photos that showed a tremendous difference in the condition of my ducts and dryer vent. Based on what I saw, I doubt the previous owners of my home had ever had the ducts or dryer vent cleaned. The improvement in airflow was noticeable immediately. What truly sets this company apart, however, is their commitment to customer service. Two days after the cleaning, my dryer displayed a flow issue. I sent a text to Jason, the owner, and he responded within minutes. He came back out right away and quickly diagnosed the problem. It turned out the issue had nothing to do with the cleaning—the dryer vent hose had become crushed behind the dryer. Jason replaced the damaged hose and clamp on the spot. When I asked what I owed him for the parts and service, he refused to charge me. He took time out of his day to return, fix a problem that wasn't caused by his company, and didn't charge a dime. That level of integrity and customer care is rare these days. If you're looking for a company that is honest, knowledgeable, clean, kind, professional, thorough, and trustworthy, I highly recommend New England Duct Care & Dryer Vent Cleaning. They earned my confidence and future business, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
