JJ's Floor Covering Outlet

I am very pleased with JJ's Flooring Oulet product, service and installation. My home, built in the 1950's, has slightly different levels of oak floor. John proposed a way to even it out with prefinished oak. It looks wonderful and is now completely even. The installer was also great to work with.

I’m not sure if this is how flooring works, but just seemed off to me: Went into JJ’s one late afternoon to get a quote and see if they had hardwood to match our current one. Mind you we had a sample of ours with us. The older lady said we had to wait until they could talk to “their guy” and get back to us. Finally called about a week later. Still wouldn’t give a price. Now they need to come out even though we them the square footage needed. Why do you have to go through hoops just to get a quote? Got 2 other quotes from local companies no problem. Just seemed like JJ’s didn’t care to help.

It's really hard now a days to find ppl who are willing to work with a customer and help when it my not be something they really want to do. I needed to replace some carpeting in an rv and i don't think it was a job they really like to do but John was willing to help us out. I was really having a hard time finding someone who would do the job for us. I asked quite a few ppl who is the best around and jj's was the name that kept coming up. Now I know why. They were just amazing to deal with. When pulling up the carpet , John. Found some water damage. Called right away and did as much as he could and told us to just bring it back when the repairs where done and he would finish the job. He was so helpful and kind. Kept reasuring us that he would be happy to tie it all in and make it nice. Now mind u the spot that needed to be finished was under a bed slid but that didnt matter. he could have just stopped where he did and not make the kind effort he did. Now let me tell u how great the job came out. It looks.amazing. even small places we told him dont worry about that it wouldn't be seen he did anyway. He is a true professional. Now I'll be one of the many ppl who will recommend John and the staff at Jj's in seekonk.

This company does not treat customers properly.Do not use them.They quote 2 x’s the legitimate price. For $300 job, their quote was $750. Beware of getting ripped off!
