I recently needed both my furnace and AC compressor replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. James, the owner, was fantastic from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire process. His team was wonderful, and provided clear explanations so I could better understand the process, as well. Replacing both a furnace and AC compressor is a major expense and can be stressful, but James made the whole process straightforward and reassuring. The pricing was very fair and competitive, especially considering the quality of the equipment and workmanship. I felt like I received excellent value without compromising on quality. I highly recommend JLH RI to anyone looking for quality work, excellent service, and an owner who genuinely cares about his customers.
