I cannot recommend JN Construction & Improvements highly enough! They recently replaced the roof on my rental property, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Ruben truly went above and beyond. Not only did he deliver a high-quality roof on time and within budget, but he also replaced several rotted fascia boards and even threw in a necessary gutter and downspout replacement at no extra cost. He kept me updated with progress photos throughout the project and left the site flawlessly clean. As a property owner, it is incredibly rare to find a contractor who treats an investment property with the same care they would give their own home. If I could give Ruben ten stars, I would. Look no further if you need top-tier roofing work!

He came back with his team the same week and they did an excellent job of cleaning moss off our shingle roof, being careful not to damage the shingles. Ruben’s responsiveness, clear communication, and commitment to making sure the roof cleaning was done thoroughly and properly made it an easy project to get done. And I considered the price to be very reasonable.
